Returns Policy

At Tactically Green, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the following policy carefully.

14-Day Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to contact us if you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind.

Once you have notified us, the item must be returned within the applicable return period.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original condition

Free from marks, stains, odours, makeup, deodorant or other signs of wear

Returned with all original tags and packaging where applicable

Items That Have Been Worn

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of garments that have been worn or used, other than where necessary to inspect or try the item on as you would in a shop.

Please do not wear the garment for exercise, training, work, general use or any other activity before deciding whether you wish to keep it.

Any item returned showing signs of wear, washing, damage, staining, deodorant, perfume or other use may be refused or may be subject to a deduction reflecting any reduction in value.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with UK consumer law.

Return Postage

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the cost of returning an unwanted item is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether it is eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note: Our 14-day return period applies to notifying us of your intention to cancel. This policy does not remove or restrict any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.
